I have lived here for about a year now and since I moved in I have seen some fantastic improvements to the property. It's been great place to live and would recommend it to everyone. The girls in the office have been extremely helpful and are always willing to help if I have a problem. My kids loved the Easter egg hunt and also the patios are looking great...I hope I am in the running for the "patio contest" :) Thanks for a great year!

I have lived here since January and everything has been great except til recently. There is a real nut case that lives in the apartments and the office says there is nothing they can do. This guy is a danger to everyone there. He stands out in the parking lot having a very colorful argument with himself. He will cuss at cars going by, grab his crotch and shake it at you, cuss like a sailor. He threatened to burn down the building and apparently called the fire department at 1:00AM reporting a fire in his neighbors apartment. The neighbor was awakened by the fire department beating on his door wanting to know where the fire was. The cops have been out twice already. Do we have to have another Virginia Tech massacre to get something done? Apparently his parents kicked him out of their house because they couldn't control him. Thanks, now we have to deal with him. According to the cops, he has some mental issues and is NOT taking his meds, he drinks all day and gets behind the wheel of his car. He is going to kill some innocent person.

The resident referred to in the above paragraph is gone and has been gone for a while. From what I saw the matter was handled by management professionally and in a timely manner.
