Windsor Place Townhomes

Pretty good place to live. From: elmoted Date posted: 1/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We've lived here for about three months now and are generally satisfied. There were some maintenance issues shortly after we moved in that took a long time to get resolved, but that was partly because on of the maintenance men didn't know what he was doing. I think he's been fired now. They are prompt in dealing with pest problems. We've seen a few cockroaches, but each time we report it, they send someone within a few days to set out traps, etc. Each unit has two reserved parking spaces, which is nice. We have never had any night time noise disturbances. Our apartment is in decent condition. Things work well, though the appliances are old and there are some stains on the carpet and floors. The insulation is very poor, so it's expensive to heat in the winter, and I imagine it will be expensive to cool during the summer. All in all, I think this is a fine apartment for the price.
