I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this apartment complex. When we moved in, manangement changed once again (I found out after I moved in that the management had changed already 4 times in the past 2 years!) and needles to say, new management is anything but helpful. When we moved in the AC went out and we were promised a new unit...that was over a year ago and the AC still has not been replaced and we have to have them come out weekly and repair it. So our electricity bill has not been any less then $350.00 since we have moved in. Which is outrageous for such a small townhome! The refrigerator does not seal so our food does not last long and they refuse to change it. We discovered mold in our upstairs closet from a leak, they came by and scraped the wall and painted over where the mold was but did not fix the leak so when it rained again recently, all of my extra sheets, pillows, etc were ruined from the leak. The kitchen sink gets clogged about every 2 months or so. And of course for all issues with maintence it takes forever for someone to come out and when they do, they don't know what they are doing. They always half way do things, cover it up with paint etc. They track mud throughout the apartment and then tell you that you will need to take care of the stains in the floor!
In order to use the pool (which is supposed to be part of your lease) you have to pay a fee! You have assigned parking, but no one there cares and they will park in your spot anyway! The kids there are horrible! They play in the street, throwing things at people's cars and homes and no one says anything. We have had many times when we will come downstairs and find that someone has thrown trash in our backyard instead of taking it to the dumpster (dirty diapers, food, etc)!
This is WORST place I have ever lived and is NOT worth the time, stress, or money!

I totally agree with you. We lived there until July of this year and the whole experience was horrible. I have left ratings at other apartment finder sites. The place is filthy, the management is very rude and the maintenance (when they come) just uses quick fixes but never "really" fixes anything. The kids all run wild and that is why you have to pay the fee for the pool. Some of this kids broke the gate to the pool back in June (that is when the pool opened because they never got anyone out there to inspect it).

we jave lived at winsdor for two very bad years now. And I hate it the maintentance man always says i'm pretty and your momma's sexy and how he rated all the wemon there and we were in the top five finest girls there.
Gues what i'm only 13!!!!! the managment is horrible all tyhey do sit on there lazy butts and do nohting but talk to each other. and about the ac one of the secratary's name is amanda she got her ac replaced with braned new and her wall fixed for free because her deranged 19yrd husband punched a whole in the wall out of anger!!!! And the kids there all they do is get into fights and throw raovks and balls at your cars and windows please DO NOT LIVE IN THE HELL WHOLE WINSDOR!!!!!!! IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GOOD LUCK CAUSE YOU WILL NEED IT!!1

First of all, if this place is so horrible then why have you been here for two years. Second of all, How do you know what goes on at Amanda's house behind closed doors, or for that matter, in the office from 8:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the evening. I have lived here for 5 years and I love the office staff and the maitenance. You people complain about kids running wild outside, but to me that is what attracted me to the place, the way I see it is if its safe enough for these kids to be outside playing and nothing bad happen to any one of them since I have been here, well that says something right there. The management is not necessarily rude, she is just stern in doing her job. You people need to get a life, and stop worrying about other peoples business. If you are not happy then LEAVE. As for you Miss, I'm only 13. You need to stop running around with nothing but boys, and stop being so FAST! Maybe if you acted like you are 13 instead of 21, people will respect you as a child and not a grown woman.
