The community managers from 1999- present were given an award for their crime prevention efforts. This community is not the same community. The manager the person speaks of is no longer there nor has she been there since 2/99. They have really nice people in the office. Kimberley, Chelley, and Linda M. (not the same one you referred to) are very helpful. Please don't punish the community for 2 bad apples that were there many years ago. As for maintenance, Tracy is also no longer there. The worst thing I can say abount Mauricio and Mustafa is that they smile too much and are always happy to fix my requests. In my opinion, if you had roaches in your home, itýs because you were filthy. Iýve never had a problem, and Im not too embarrassed to leave my name. Also, if they turned you in to credit, then you probably owed them rent. I have never dealt with more a more honest and appreciative manager than Kimberley. I've lived here for 6 years, and I know them all by name because they care about there tenants.
