In response David on the previous review,
I am a very clean person and when I lived here the roaches were extremely bad. My apartment was immaculately clean. I do not feel it is appropiate to call someone filthy because they had a roaches. Perhaps this serves to show your lack of customer service in management. A roach infestation can and will come from neighboring apartments. They breed in the walls. Apartments share adjoining walls. If these apartments were properly treated a problem would not grow beyond control. The roaches crawled out from behind mirrors, out of light fixtures, wall switch plates, everywhere. we moved because the complex was unkept,and unsafe. Thank you David for proving to all prospective buyers who read this that you are unsensitive and defensive of obvious problems of your tenants. The rent is cheap but that does not mean you have to be.
