I live at the Woodlands of Plano. It is quite here and my neighbors are nice and I have never had any problems since I have been here, which has been for over 9 years. I have seen management change but this just tells me that they are getting the right people in there that they need. If something does not work you fix it. This is what they have done and now I am very happy with the new manager Sharon. She is the best thing that has happened to this property since I have been here. The maintenance has definitly changed for the better!!! All my requests that i place get taken care of almost with hours. I have lived at other apartments before and this one is the best all the way around.
