08/20/14 by anonymous: I have lived in the complex for almost 4 years now and have enjoyed my time here. It's convenient to the rest of the DFW area. If you don't want to go to far from home for entertainment, food, shopping, etc., it's all within walking distance of the apartments. The people and staff are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. If you like pools, they have 5 of them in all. My more

08/14/14 by Verified Resident: So far it's been awesome! The office staff is great and the maintenance staff is very efficient! The application process was so easy and move-in day was simply signing the lease documents and being handed my keys. I really feel like the company cares about me as a person and not just an apartment number making payments. more

04/28/14 by lisaapenn: First, I want to say that my only reason for relocation is due to my relationship status or I would have stayed put! The location was the best, I had a pool side view, near me mailboxes and parking was never a problem. Security was HUGE deal for me (single female) never had any problems EVER! I went jogging 3 times a week and NEVER a problem as well. Another PLUS location, more

08/06/14 by Verified Resident: I needed an apartment quickly and was referred to Thornbury at Chase Oaks. I was surprised and excited that the had an apt available when I needed it. The day I went in to sign my lease the computers where down for the company that processes them but Veronica did all she could to make things less complicated. more

08/19/14 by anonymous: Aspen Court is a small and quiet community. Landscaping is nice and the apartment is light, bright and clean. There are only 70 units in community and has very little turn over. It is hidden behind hospital so no road noise. Great place to live if you prefer quiet surroundings. The manager and maintenance man have been there for years. I have enjoyed my stay at Aspen and would recommend it more

06/16/14 by aphex242: We've lived in Carrington Park for years now, I'd say 4? We loved it. We're relocating out of state, so a move is inevitable. I will say I was encouraged to write a review here, but this review will be our honest feedback. The good: Overall our experience has been simply amazing here. The office handles packages well, they are generally friendly and helpful, the few times more

08/08/14 by kristinian: I was new to Texas when I moved into the shops. Within months I have a wonderful group of friends that all live here. I love my apartment. I love the area. This has been my favorite place I have ever lived. The staff is very helpful, however I've never needed anything! I would highly recommend living here. more

07/02/14 by laphaup: We have lived at the Villas of Spring Creek for 2 years now, and are considering renewing for a 3rd. The apartments are very nice, and I always feel safe. The grounds are well-kept, and the location is perfect. The complex is tucked back away from the main road, so you don't hear all the traffic. The management and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. They get things done more

05/19/14 by joywhite1: Although the units are small, the overall quality of the apartment is good for apartment living. The staff is very professional and always available to address any concerns, complaints, or maintenance issues. I feel the property is ran really well by management, but you can't pick your neighbors. Some are inconsiderate when it comes to their pets and children as it applies to more

07/17/14 by Sway9: I enjoyed living at Somerset, but now I have to leave, unfortunately. The rent has gotten to be too expensive and it doesn't seem like it will ever go down, so now I'm forced to leave. For the most part, I loved my apartment. I just wish it was something in place for those residents living there for 5+ years to where the rent can be discounted, or something. Maybe that's asking for more
