Very nice place - I moved here from a Pasadena back in October 2011 and have never been happier in an apartment. The apartments are quiet, nice and well cared for. Although parking is sometimes an issue, you can get assigned parking which makes it ok. Kensey and Charly are awesome as management and have never failed to be both polite and studious with their attention to anything I bring to their attention. ...Full review of Farnham Park Apartments

Apartments are great at Cedar Ridge - I lived there in 2005 when Hurricane Rita hit Port Arthur. My apartment was damaged. The manager Cindy Moreno and her staff helped us relocate. nice apartments i rented an apartment at farnham back in april because me and my wife are remodeling our house and need a place to stay. we have enjoyed our stay and don't have any complaints. the maintenance guys have always been quick to fix any problems and the office staff is friendly.

Good place to live I have lived @ Farnham for 1 1/2 years. I am from out of town and have lived here because of the Motiva project, and I have also referred two other co-workers. I am satisfied. If I ever come back to this area after my job is done, I will rent here again.

New resident I am a new resident here from out of state. I was pleased when I arrived and was treated fairly. The girl in the office is new too but she helped me out and was very personable. She gave me a lot of information on area attractions etc. I cant compare it to other properties,
