Apartments are great at Cedar Ridge - I lived there in 2005 when Hurricane Rita hit Port Arthur. My apartment was damaged. The manager Cindy Moreno and her staff helped us relocate. Good Starter WEll this apartment is formerly known as Jefferson Apts also AKA Argosy apts anyway the apts used to have alot of crime but new management took over in 2004 which is when i moved in.I had a three bedroom two bath Apartment it was newly renovated and the apartment is a pretty big size

The Office Manager doesnt do anything you ask her to. It took her a whole month to put the closet rods in our closet. Due to this we could not hang our clothes up on anything. Since I moved in 2 of the burners on the stove doesnt work and office manager has been aware of this numerous times.

ok these apartment are fairly decent apartment for a small family. The area is at a great location. The manager is a nice lady. Maintance gets down right after you call. Apartment its self is fairly small though. Price is ok but could be lower considering there is not amenities and no assigned
