The Royal Neches Dwellings have been more than sufficient for me. Very reasonable rent,excellent upkeep. They arent the newest in town, but have been kept up very well. You couldn't ask for a better location. You are 3-5 minutes from any store, mall, or resturaunt. I had friends move out to a more "attractive" condo , only to have sewage flood the carpet. Sometimes the grass is greener, but I say it's one of the best kept secrets in mid-county! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
