Decent - I have lived here for 8 years now and the management has been great. I love Ms.Jimmy (the manager) is a sweetheart and will work with you any time. The only problem is the maintenance. Sometimes they have easy fixes to everything. But overall, I would say this is a great place to live, especially for a low income place. My own Opinion I am also concerned about vandelism and crime at Porterwood. I do not feel safe at these apartments. I have complained to management several times and have not seen any improvements. Also, the drugs that I have seen on the property is just plain scary. I would not recommend
