nice if you like wasting money on deposits From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   First of all for first time renters its a horrible place to live cause what they wont tell you until you have already signed the papers that there is a 300 dollar or more "first time renters fee" and well see if i get it back Second bad place for pets unless you can just throw 400 dollars out the window. Although they have a great "community" program. My only suggestions are live on third floor beacause you can hear every step the people make upstairs. And dont have animals or be a first time renter and enjoy giving other people your hard earned money for stupid deposits this is your place..
