The apartment complex is fine. There is nothing special about it but it is definitely not bad. The price was great but I did have a problem when my latest lease ended and I asked about a different floor plan. The price increase was ridiculously high and the rent to stay in my apartment was going to increase by $80. The staff is average but the gentleman in the front office can be rather hard to deal with. The manager of the office is generally nice and helpful. The noise level in the main area of the North Star side is very loud even into the early morning hours (2-3 am). As was mentioned before, the gates are always open, making the complex accessible to anyone. I even had three kids knocking on my door at 4:30 in the morning because they were trying to find a friend in the complex. Again, it has already been mentioned, but the problem with the mailboxes being broken into is irritating and, honestly, quite dangerous.
