I lived here for 3 years and I must say it was a nice place to stay. But when you move out forget about getting a refund of any deposit you put down. No matter how good you clean the apartment they will find various cleaning expenses to charge you. And if you smoke; make sure you do it outside because they will charge you for it when you move.
