This place sucks! The staff are the worst. They never want to help with any problem you have.
I have mold in my air ducks, I have mold growing in the kitchen floor under the tile. Maintenance came and told me it was grease. I spray it 3 to 4 times a week with clorox. Real funny that the grease keeps coming back. Me lease is up in April and I have already started packing.
Electricty is crazy, I have a 2 bedroom and for the last 2 months my bill has been over $150 and not once I have turned on the heater or air conditioner. It the summer the bill was over $275 each month.
There is always trash in our hall ways outside of our door.
There is dog poop in all the common areas, they do not inforce the pet waste problem at all. If you don't want dog crap on your shoes don't walk in the grass.
