Great Looking Apt - Horrible Insulation

If I could buy my apartment and kick out my upstairs neighbors, I would. Best floor plan ever, nice management, great grounds kept up nicely.
BUT, my walls vibrate when the upstairs neighbors walk and they never seem to sit down. I can hear everything and that is the ONLY reason that I am moving. A friend called to ask about the noise level and they stated that they never had complaints which is a bold face lie. Other than that, I love this place and will miss it. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
