Lived in 3BR apartment for less than a year. The apartment was nto ready when we were told -- so we had to wait a couple of hours. It was not cleaned properly.
There is limited storage compartments and walk-in closets are quite small.
Their maintenance is good -- but may not be very prompt.
One thing I liked is it is very quiet community.
Overall, it is not worth the price they demand.

And one more thing -- they will NOT give you full refund of deposit no matter how clean your apartment looks....
