I have lived in my apartment for 4 of the 5 years I have lived in Dallas and I really don't have any complaints. The staff has been very nice to me, the only tink I have to complain about is that they raised my rent a lot the last time I signed my lease. Maintenance problems are sort of hit or miss, if it is an emergency (leaking water at 10:30 at night) they show up within 5 minutes, but I ended up unclogging a sink myself a few weeks ago after waiting a few days for a maintenance man to show up. The pool is nice and big and it is a really safe neighborhood. I really enjoyed my time here and have had no major problems. There are a lot of kids that have moved in within the last couple of years.
