This apartment complex is run by RUDE, presumptuous people. From the beginning, we were treated as if we were bums off of the street, unable to follow rules that were never set out from the beginning. When the staff corresponded with us, it was through rude emails that demanded we fix the "problem," or we would be fined exorbitant amounts. Throughout our year of residence at AMLI, we were issued "warnings" regarding our animals, even though they were never visible outside of the apartment, rather, they were confined in the apartment at all times. When there were feces all throughout the yard, we were blamed, even though there were two other units in our building containing dogs. (The cigarette butts never seemed to be addressed, though. They littered every surface imaginable.) The management's correspondence was incredibly rude and presumptuous regarding every manner. The units themselves are the worst quality I have ever seen in an apartment. In the kitchen, three drawer faces FELL OFF, and were fixed by nailing them back into place (safety hazard with nails poking out). I took a shower in 2 inches of water the entire duration of my stay. When asked to fix the drain problem, the office staff told us to go get some draino. Upon moving out, we were charged close to $1000 to replace various things in the apartment, as well as cleaning fees. When asked to see the pictures that indicated the "dirtiness" left behind, none of the pictures existed. This apartment is only concerned with wringing every dime out of you possible, and charging ridiculous rent in addition to that!

Surprise! Welcome to the good ole U.S. of A where customer service is TOTALLY gone! I'm sorry you went thru a terrible experience. I don't expect anything from anybody anymore because, if you do, you'll be disappointed every single time!

We are about to move out of an AMLI property, basically being evicted due to the noise our special needs child makes. Terrifed of the charges they will claim to be valid once we move.
