The apartments themselves are relatively nice and are also affordable. However, the overall class of people living here is slightly below average. Every night I have to deal with noisy neighbors who drink all the time and yell at each other. From what I can tell this seems to be a common theme throughout most of the complex. If you have to hold down a "normal" 8 to 5 job, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can get into a larger unit away from some the lower income residents... wish I knew that from the beginning.

And this is the reason we moved out.. Got SO TIRED of listening to both our next door and upstairs neighbors make all sorts of noise, at all hours of the night!! And hate to say it, but the office did not and will not do anything about it but refer you to the Richardson police..
