I have been living here since May 2009. Upon my move in I have a very filthy apartment that I had to clean when I should of been moving in and I managed to finally get a week rent in compensation. The carpet they installed late the night before I moved in as I found out is so thin I may as well have a concrete floor. We have had at least two break ins since I moved here one just the day after I moved in. I have since installed an alarm system as I do not feel safe. If you are looking for a pool...forget it as it is so small and a hot tub does not even exist. Maintenance another issue. I have yet to get a screen for my THIRD floor apartment which was supposedly ordered after I moved in. My list of things to take care of was quite high. One of which I still have not gotten fixed. I have left phone messages and even left a posted online request. The trash bins one of which is right in front of me are always spilling over and a large door in front of it is always open and just recently got dented in from the tiny space it leaves to back your vehicle out. Parking is okay. THe front gate is finally working...mind you I have damage to the front of my car from it trying to close on me. The apartment overall is nice, but you can see it is dated and a bit worn.I do not know if it is this complex or what, but since I moved here I have horrible internet access. I have tried Uverse and TWC and it is still horrible. One advantage here is that the water is individually measured and you are not paying for someone else's usage! The hallways between apartmnents is very small...tight when you are moving in furniture. The money I am paying I do not feel is appropriate for what you are getting. Very little amenities and be careful paying rent with a check as they now process it as electronic once they receive it...so be sure the money is in the bank. Like I said think twice before you sign.
