Beware when you move out!!! From: ebay_suxx@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   They will try to charge you up the wazzoo for imaginary damage done to your apartment when you move out. They wanted $600 for pet stains on the carpet even though I never owned any pets. All kinds of trash from down the street invade the complex to use the pool. There is no effort to stop them.
