The current office staff does not communicate or respond well to residents. I had so many pending unfinished work orders and poor response to my requests. The previous skilled and good maintenance man left and the current one may not be able to fill his shoes. A whole month went by before I got 6 out of 15 requests completed. The staff puts on a happy fake smile but is poor in completing their work. I'm surprised that Lincoln Property Company who manages these apts has gone down hill. Also they don't tell you until you move in that because the apts are so old you have to sign waivers for the possibility of asbestos, lead in the paint and something I forgot... probably too much lead in my brain now. Poor communication overall. Good square footage for rent but not completely up to par. You visit, ask lots of questions and decide. Also put it in writing and ask for extra employee response cards to fill in after you have moved in.
