The main reason is the management - no longer a Lincoln Property. Management is inflexible and uncommunicative. I received a demand letter for money I did not owe. They only explained how they made the mistake, no apologies. Repairs are not made promptly. Although it is quiet in a secure area with spacious apartments, I believe this new management company will not maintain it as well and quality will suffer. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
