I tend to stay in one place for 5 years and up and I have been living here for 7 months and can't wait to move. The roaches are horrible, it is extreamly noisy, the wiring is a nightmare, the staff is incompetant with fake smiles and stupid excuses. Oh I almost forgot, be prepared to make a long trek to take out the trash. I am used to tolerating my landlords but I can't even go in the office because I feel I would strangle them. If you are planning on moving here be really specific with your questions, put everything in writing, make copies, if you have pets ask about the pet deposit, and be prepared for paying rent for them, get it set in stone. Leave nothing to chance and don't make assumptions. I can say that the floorplans are really nice with tons of closet space. It will be hard to leave this floorplan. RUN as fast as you can.
