I'm sorry guys but I have to disagree with these reviews!! From the first day that I signed my lease to this day....a year later, I have had nothing but help from the office staff and from the maintainance men. I love my neighbors who are very quiet and the apartment complex itself it very clean, landscaped and well taken care of. You can look out in the morning at any given time and see one of the maintainance going around picking up any trash on the ground. Anytime I have had to call the office with anything...ex: air conditioning needed maintainance, Dixie and Michelle have been NOTHING but nice and my problem had been solved in a very timely manner. I have my kids and grandkids living here with me and at one point when one child had to go to the hospital, one of the guys stopped me just to ask how the kids were doing' As far as the pools...WHAT'''''' Our pools here are crystal clean and I take my kids every other day and being a nurse believe me that if there was anything unsanitary at ALL about them, they would NOT be in them. Anyway, after reading the above posts I just had to strongly disagree.....sounds like a bit of sour grapes if u ask me :)

Ok either all these review that have nice things to say are done by the office staff when they go home OR these people are friends with the staff and they are playing favorites. Honestly i understand the apartmnets are probably older than me but the case here is Dixie and Michelle are bullsh#*ers they tell you what ever you want to hear to get you off the phone and not deal with you. Ive done leasing before and I had to quit... why because you have to be fake and deal with people you dont want to. If you dont like your job get another one people... or wait are you not qualified?
