Belle Grove Apartments

Offices is full of idiots and maintenence sucks!!! From: klavon Date posted: 12/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   When I first moved into this place the staff showed us a very nice model apartment, everyone was very helpful and prompt expecially when it came time to PAY! We were supposed to move into our apartment and they had about 3 weeks to fix everything from the date that the last person moved. Iwas pregnant at the time and when it came time for us to move in we were horrified not only did they have paint on the new carpet I had to request after moving into a place that had had the same tenants for a very long time, but they had put in everthing the same day, so natrally me being pregnant I vomited after about 2 mins inside. We call the next morning and they acted like we were crazy. Not only did the place get you high when you walked in but our hot water was out the bathtubs didnt have stoppers, there were roaches and the paint was not only smelly but they had done a horrible job. Theres dent and knicks all over our walls the bathtubs had rotted tiles. And to top that off sometime in June we started to complain about a sewer smell coming from the sinks and its now December and we just now got it fixed. When we first moved in they would fix nothing and I had to call the city on them and I had to threaten to call the city over the sewer smell these people are idiots. They have no buisness running an office and the worst thing of all is when we first moved in I contacted there corporate office which is Stellar Managment to let them know how bad our apartmnet is and they were fighting with us telling us they would pull our lease and we didnt have to live there. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Those people are idiots that hired idiots that had those people hire more idiots to fix things. The maintence men cant even spell or write ledgibly let alone fix anything its is horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! We are moving the first chance we get!!!
