In my opinion, this place is horrible. By the time I moved I was practically crying myself to sleep at night with bug spray on my night table and pillows over my ears, seriously. It's pretty on the outside, but rotten on the inside; paint globs and cracks and scratches, very old looking inside, in my opinion, nothing like the model. Conveniently there was no actual apartment to show us until move in day. I felt the staf to be unhelpful, rude, lazy in office and maintenance. I had to keep 20 roach cups in the apartment and spray for bugs personally every couple of months to keep the roaches away. These are not the kitchen roaches, I am not dirty. These are the huge giant Texas roaches that the office refers to as "water bugs". Which by the way I have researched online... according to what I found they are not water bugs, and even if they were, water bugs ARE roaches!!!! I woke up with one on my neck in the middle of the night. We all had one one us at one point or another, usually in the bedrooms. Office ignored my notes or phone calls for maintenance requests. Had to go to office in person several times for things to be fixed, and they either didn't repair it properly or made a huge mess doing it, that they left for me to clean up. Really really loud neighbors all around us, and thin windows. Clutter all over porches and stairwells that was getting worse and worse. Cotton from trees in the pool constantly, and I do not feel it was cleaned often enough. We went swimming only a couple of times. I could really tell you some stories about this place. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
