The day we applied for an apartment we make it clear and obvious to Management that we need to occupy an apartment that is located where it will be possible to get a Direct TV connection. Management assured us that our apartment is situated where it will be ok to have a Direct TV service. A couple of weeks after we were situated and subscribe to Direct TV we found out after 2 attempts, that our apartment location is not in a position where a Direct TV connection is possible.

The second experience that we encounter; Our 2006 vehicle properly park in a parking space next to the rear entrance of our apartment, obviously damaged by a contractor of the apartment when reported to management, management in our opinion, does not feel that our complaint warrants attention, even after we provided a picture of the vehicles scratches, front license plate knocked off of the bumper, location of the 2 irregation valves that a contractor was working on on both front sides of the vehicle.

We enjoyed the apartment, it's been quiet so far, haven't called in for service and we are glad, if service get the same response we encounter as our damaged vehicle and the fact that we were not told that the apartment we are to move into is not able (because of location) to have a Direct TV connection as we asked, we are truly doubtful if service can be responded to favorably..

Other item that I think is important to take a serious look at is the fact that a move out notice is 90 days. This will make it difficult to relocate, for example to another apartment, can an apartment you intend to move into hold an apartment that you want to rent for 3 months, in order to occupy'
