Rent increase again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I have been a resident for the past 3 years. Their rent renewal policy has always lacked transparency. The most recent ploy is the some computer generated quote that cannot be negotiated. They never give you a straight answer on current leasing rates for current residents. They have increased my rent by $90 within last 6 months. Camden Cable curbs access to Comcast and its features. Maintenance has been allright.
