Not enough parking, and noisy... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Nice apartments, good layouts, but the parking is terrible. The majority of parking is behind the complex - good luck to find a place to park near your building. And not enough garages available. If you choose an apartment near Renner or 190 be prepared for the traffic noise. It is never-ending and LOUD. Maybe the first floor apartments have better sound proofing, but my second story one didn't. And finally, I could hear the people under me constantly... Conversations, and every squeal... Is this normal' :-)
