Niice From: vid.g Date posted: 8/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived in Canterbury courts for abt 8 months now and we are going to renew my lease for another year....The only issue u have here is the high electricity bills....but I guess thats the case with all the apartments in the richardson area as these are old apartment complexes...( we did a little bit of reseach before deciding to renew our lease) The management is nice and friendly...and they are quite promt abt fixing any complaint that u ahve in ur apartment. ....the complex is quite, very green..has enough parking space......and yess..dont expect too much from the club house..it has a very average level gym and pool.....
