MONEY PIT!!! CONSTRUCTION IS HORRIBLE!

I have lived in my upstairs apt. for 2years now and have had two sets of neighbors. I moved from another complex where I was downstairs so my kids were not used to being upstairs but a couple complaints from our down stairs neighbors put that in check pretty quick! After that point we have been very cautious of what we do in the apartment. One day talking to my neighbors he stated that he could hear everything going on in my apartment, from turning on the shower to drawers opening and closing he even knew what time my husband took his showers at night to go to work! It's horrible!!! I know that it is very frustating to live down stairs because I have done it, but the construction in this building is awful to be soooo expensive. The gentlemen who lived below me said that before he moved in he talked with them about upstairs noise and they told him that he would not be able to hear anything becuase they insulated the floors with concrete so you could not hear noise from floor to floor. Obviously they lied just to get people in. I now have to move because of this. I have 3 children(3dbdrm) and they are big kids so they dont run through the house constantly they know if they do they will be in trouble(WITH ME)and because the person below us will complain!!!! I have a family who lives above me that has at least 3 kids, and I hear them ALL the time running in the apartment, all 3 at one time so it can be very noisy! So in conclusion these are some CRAPPY MADE APARTMENTS NOT WORTH THE MONEY BEING PAID OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not just saying this because I have to move (because it's not the person below me fault that they can hear everything coming from my apartment) it's the complex fault, thats probably why they sold it' Because they knew they did not build a quality complex. I am upset because I have to uproot my family to move because of them!!!!!
