Clearwater Creek looks like a nice place to live. Looks are deceiving. Once you move in you soon realize they care more about the grass than they do you as a tenant. After you sign that lease all the smiles go away. Literally. If you walk in and they recognize you as a tenant you do not get greeted warmly, nor are you attended to in a timely fashion.









The mailboxes there have been broken into many times and they did not once inform any of the tenants that this had happened. This cost me so much time and money to fix. And if they would have let me know just once, some of it could have been avoided. -Alas, they said it wasn't their problem









I noise level is loud. You can hear when your neighbor uses the restroom, the phone or TV.




The fixtures and carpet are very poor quality, but the staff doesn't really worry about that because youll be paying for that when you leave.









Dont ever expect to get a package picked up unless you happen to work nights and can get to their office during their bankers hours. And even if you know you have a package theyll often times tell you that no you dont and give you a hard time if you ask to look yourself.









And dont expect privacy. They can and will enter your residence when they feel like it without giving you or your situation a second thought.









They dont have enough parking. You should expect to walk pretty far from your car to your apt.








As for the front office, I cringe when I walk in their door. And thats sad for as much as I pay to live there.



The "Resident Director" is not pleasant. Shes difficult, and unprofessional to work with.



Minus one staff member (Ch.), they all deserve a lesson in people skills.



Dont try to get out of lease early - wont happen without a big cost to you.



If you renew your lease be prepared to hear the term "MARKET RENT" because youll be paying it. (or close to it) They're sticklers. No negotiating here.
