I live here for a year and I can say that I didn't have any problems, considering how apartment are to begin with. I liked the floor plan, had good luck with maitenance, and no problems with the office. Everyone was nice to me.
I agree with the trash situation, it is awful, and dog owners are very careless about picking up waste. Also, thank god my neighbors alarm clock goes off around the same time as mine becasue if I missed setting mine, his would wake me up. ANd I am happy that he ha such a healthy sex life. And traffic is terrible, not only did a child get run over but my neighbors cat did as well. I can attribute part of the issue to parenting, children shouldn;t be playing in the parking lot, but also the moderation of speed could be better controled by the management. Also, the gates rarely work...they seem to be always open. And the mailman is a pervert. Another complaint I have is the hot tub. It never worked anytime I went up there....I was luke warm at best.

But, the landscaping is nice. I never had a problem with parking but I had a garage. The apartment overall was nice, and all of the things i mentioned are just the crappy part of living in an apartment.
