10) The swimming pools are never clean. They are filled with earth worms, leaves and garbage.

9) Staff and the manager is not Courteous. Their smiles fade away as soon as you sing the lease for the apartment. But at least the cleaning lady who comes in the morning does wish you a good morning with a smile.

8)The resident letter comes around 15th of month to inform the events about that month. What?s the use of it when half the month is over.

7) Dog pooping everywhere on the grass. Not one to clean them.

6) Half the time the gates to the building either do not work or you cannot open with your gate opener.

5) The interior walls are not insulated. You can hear the noises from your upstairs/side neighbors.

4) Carpets in the apartments are horrible. They are not soft and the thread from the carpets comes of easily. The staff knows the carpet problem, but they never replace them.

3) The dumpster gets flooded in the weekends. The stench and the filth coming out is such a hazardous to people who live in the apartments around the dumpster area.

2) Everyday you find flyers hanging to your door knobs. That voids ?The gated community? sales pitch which the staff gives you.

1)Parking..Parking..Parking tops the list..There is a huge problem with the parking..If you come late at night you will not find a single parking space..The management knows this problem. They recently started issuing parking stickers but it is not much of any use. People are still parking in the handicap and the fire lane area. Only to find next day morning you are issued a parking violation ticket.
