1. Great maintenance staff- my work orders are always completed within 24 hours.
2. The entire office staff is so friendly. They always go out of their way to help me.
3. "Resident get together's"- They have breakfast in the clubhouse every month. And when my lease was up, they served dinner in the clubhouse, and gave away awesome door prizes, like DVD's and free rent.
4. Beautiful grounds. The landscaping is always well maintained and looks pretty.
5. Great jogging trail- great for an evening stroll!
I would highly recommend this complex to anyone!
