The Grass is always greener

Know the saying "THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE"'
Well at Clearwater Creek that's just how it is except the grass is greener at the office area due to it is irrigated when the rest of the complex is not.

Management and cummunity appearance wise is gradually going downhill unfortunately,it used to be a place many could be proud to say where they live.

I'd suggest going elsewhere.
