I don't know who would make such a comment about the grounds. That is one thing that I love about this place is the landscaping. It has beautiful trees and greenbelt areas. The property looks like it is spread over 30 acres. It always looks nice to me. I always see maintenance and or landscapers maintaining the property.

I recommend it.
