1.Management is aware of the area wide issues with the mailbox theft in the Richardson area that have occurred in the past. As a preventative measure, management has installed surveillance cameras in addition to the hockey pucks that are already in place in our mail rooms.
2. An additional trash dumpster has been added to the community to help with the excess trash. However, this addition may only be temporary as the City of Richardson has an ordianance prohibiting any additional dumpsters. Management will continue to request alternative solutions.
3. We have added a coffee bar room to the main leasing office. It has a cappucino machine (free to our residents), a plasma HDTV as well as Bistro tables, bar stools, & leather sofa & chairs; perfect for lounging.
4.We've recently added to our 2nd Clubhouse a complete theatre; equipped with a big screen t.v. and state of the art sound system. The residents are permitted to lease our clubhouse to host their own private parties for their family & friends.
5.In the recent months we've implemented a parking sticker program for our residents in an effort to create additonal parking spaces for our residents who do not have their own attached garage. We do believe this has made an enormous impact.
6.We have made changes in our office staff & feel very confident that we will exceed any and all expectations.
