This is a good community to live in. I feel very safe and secure here. The surrounding parks are also great place to visit. Sometime'sthe pool by office is dirty. However the pool in phase two is much nicer and always clean. I have a 4 year old daughter and her school is just right up the road. Although I would like it if the playground equipment would be upgraded, its not even worth taken her to to play on. I usually drive to Breckenridge park(very nice) a couple of mile up the road. The electric bill is outrages. It is the highest electric bill I've ever had and I live in a very large house before moving here. I love my balcony. I face the public trail by the creek, its a beautiful view day or night. My family and I go bikeriding on the trail and I do no feel it is dangerous in any way. One time I saw a boy riding his gocart but have not since. All in all its a very peaceful community for all ages and single people or familes. It the best apartment I've ever lived in. I would reccomend living here.
