Have lived here for 3 years and love it. Great neighborhood, safe, quiet. I'm on the North Star side which is much smaller than the Renner side. Looking to sign another lease and stay longer.

To prevent late fees, provide them post dated checks. They will not deposit until date of check. I also traveled alot and this helped Tremendously.
