In addition to the problems people mentioned previously, I've found that packages often get lost at the apartment office. Even if you received a notice from UPS or USPS stating you have a package pick up at the apartment office, they will often times tell you that no you don't and give you a hard time if you ask to look yourself. They have a sign-in sheet for packages delivery, however, they never enforced it.
