I'm confused, did/do all these people reviewing live at the same Clearwater Creek that I did' The only problem I ever had in the 3 years I lived there was the trash dumpster being overflowing & smelly at times. Other than that, this place was better than any complex I have ever occupied. Unless things have drastically changed since 2004, I rate this an A !

Maybe the issue is what building & what type of apartment you are in. I lived on the 2nd story with my garage underneath me. I never heard noise from upstairs or anywhere. Cheryl & Donna were great and always willing to assist or ask how I was doing.

You always have to think with the *Anonymous* feature that it's just one slighted person logging on every so often to leave bad comments about a situation that probably was their fault to begin with. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
