FABULOUS THREE MONTHS! From: Peat Date posted: 2/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   From the very first visit Cheryl (property manager) was a pleasure to deal with. She insured that all was done to meet and surpass our needs as did the other property staff. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a corporate suite which was fully furnished and functional however the furnishings are quite bare and not of the highest quality but met our basic short term needs. Parking can be an issue. If you are adverse to walking 5-10 minutes to your car pay the extra for an attached garage. Request an apartment which faces the creek and is far from the dumpster or the gates for a more pleasant stay. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and reasonably priced short or long term apartment. 3.5 stars for the property itself, 5 stars to management and staff.
