Lived here three years and really enjoyed my stay. Management was great and was most accommodating. Had a large size unit overlooking creek and green belt which made for a relaxing place after a hard day at work. Landscaping is nicely designed and well maintained. Can see fireworks from local park on Independence Day.

Great club and office facilities for use during hours. Car wash, shopping strip and Walgreens across street. New shopping/restaurant strip (with Starbucks) also being built.

Experienced a couple of problems. Trash area can become cluttered due to tenants leaving their trash bag in front of dumpster rather than placing inside and pressing compactor button. Others would follow creating a mess. Porters try to keep clean, but only last a day or two.

Noise issue with being able to hear your neighbor use bathroom. Can also hear neighbor when in kitchen. Seemed construction failed to install adequate sound barriers between units.

Parking is limited when arriving late. Do not park in visitor, handicapped, or fire lane or else you receive sticker. Residents with garages should use them for parking cars, not as storage units. This would free up spaces.

If you smoke, do so outside. Lost deposit for cost of ozone treatment.
