The apartments are nice, however, the property is poorly managed.
1) Many areas were covered in dog ----. As you can imagine, it smells, is unsightly and unhealthy. Management declines to do anything to force residents to pick up after their dogs. Prior to my departure, I notified the city's health department.
2) 'Resident business center' - in quotes because the fax doesn't work and the one operating computer was very unreliable and often locked up.
3) The fitness facility lacks regular cleaning and the hot tub is a luke warm 75 degrees.
4) The management/maintenance staff was very inconsistent, one day responsive, the next, not so.
As mentioned, the apartments are okay, it is a good location, however, the maintenance and management issues compelled my girlfriend and I to move.

I live at Clearwater and was just waundering around on this site. One question, how do you "force" residents to pick up after their pets? I have receeived flyers asking that residents to comply with picking up, but you cant "force" anybody to do anything. Fitness center just like any other work out facility is as clean as can be-(sweaty people are in there!)Anytime I need to fax anything the ladies in the office are more than willing to allow me to use their office fax. Sounds like your complaints are petty. Hope you got a house, you will more than likely have same "problems" at any other apt complex!
