I lived at Clearwater Creek with my husband and our son for a year while in between homes. We loved our time here and wish we were still living there, the floor plans are great and the noise is always mild or nonexistent. The landscaping is nice and the staff is always pleasant. We highly recommend Clearwater Creek and think it is definetly worth the price.

Neighbors aren't noisy only if you rent a unit on the third floor otherwise you're subject to the constant stomping,running,jumping at all hours! The management claims that they will "talk to them" but they won't and refuse to recognize state laws that protect legitimate tenants.
