My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years with our children. We have found the management to be very friendly and helpful. The staff sends out news letters to get the residents involoved in community activities, and we have Saturday Brunch provided by the management, and we enjoy getting to meet our neighbors. We love our apartment it faces the trail (creek side) previous apartment was facing the North Star street. We have always had immediate response when we needed anything done or had any typical issue residents have. The grounds are nice, and the pools are great. The dumpster is messy at times, but it's the disrespect of the residents that makes it look bad. I see trash bags sitting out by the dumpster, because the resident(s) did not put it inside, and the maintance personnel is out there cleaning it up. It's over run when there is people moving in and those moving out, but only for a day or so. We would recommend Clearwater Creek to anyone.
