Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I thought I was the only victim, but I have met 7 other people just by accident who have the same complaints:
-At the time of signing the lease, the rent is $25 more than what was quoted and what is advertised.
-It takes numerous letters and weeks (sometimes months), before repairs are taken care of.
-The water bill is outrageous. It's about $60 to $70!!! When I dared to dispute it, I was ignored (nothing new). And then I informed to vacate the unit upon the end of the lease. GLADLY!!!
-There is a huge problems with ants, roaches and rats.
Above all, they get away with it because when you contact the corporate office "Alliance," they don't even bother to return your calls. The just look the other way.
