The water bill is outrageous. Too many problems with plumbing. Very dangerous at night, I've had instances when I woke up in the middle of the night because of gunshots and police sirens. Overall experience was very bad. They're still sending me a bill to pay rent for the month of May when I've already moved out and paid off my lease in mid April. Horrible personnel, horrible experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
